Established in Luxembourg since 2006, Patrick holds a PhD in private law obtained with the Aix-Marseille III University in 2010. He also holds 2 Master’s Degrees in Maritime and Transport Law and International Business Law with the same University. After a strong vocational training in France in the early 2000’s, he built strong experience in Luxembourg in the field of Corporate and M&A and financial regulation by being the Managing Director of a Financial Sector Professional regulated by the Luxembourg Financial Supervisory Authority (CSSF) until 2014. From 2015 to 2023, Patrick has been a freelance lawyer working among others with a reputable mid-size business law firm in Luxembourg, where he continued to develop skills in cross-border transactions and corporate advice (M&A, funds, reorganisations and migrations), as well as in commercial litigation and debt recovery. Patrick has also developed a special expertise in assets unfreezing. He was also entrusted some voluntary liquidator’s mandate, including for regulated funds. In parallel, he continued practicing in France, especially in the field of business law, intellectual property and new technologies. Patrick also sits on several boards of investment funds and companies in Luxembourg.
