The italian  Supreme Court Corte di Cassazione, with judg. no. 26878/2016, reiterated that the  stalking offense it's extendable to condominiums (as already established: Cass. n. 20895/2011, Cass. n. 45648/2013). Such offense occurs, in fact, in the event that the actions of persecution causes to the victim serious and continuing state of anxiety, which can affect the normal course of daily activities, or a well-founded fear for their safety or for their relatives. 

The neighbor got from the judges the condemnation of the harassing resident, after checking that his attitudes  has brought a real desperation to the man, who had  to take tranquilizers.
